WELLBEING GOLF · LEGAL
Premium Membership Terms
Updated: 15 October 2026 · Operator: Volker Klich / Wellbeing Agentur.
1. Provider and account
The provider of the WELLBEING GOLF Premium service is Volker Klich, sole proprietor trading as Wellbeing Agentur, Boschstraße 38/1, 89079 Ulm, Germany; email: office@wellbeing-agentur.de.
Premium requires a free WELLBEING GOLF account. Creating a free account does not enrol you in a paid subscription. General platform terms also apply.
2. Price
Premium monthly: €9.90 per billing month. Premium annual: €118.80 for twelve months (12 × €9.90), billed annually. No additional annual discount is promised.
Before a purchase, the actual checkout must show all relevant taxes, billing terms, the initial term, renewal, cancellation terms and the start of service. Premium payment is not activated until this information is consistent.
3. Services and benefits
Only services specifically shown as included and available at checkout are owed. Planned apps, concierge capabilities, partner discounts or vouchers are not promised unless expressly confirmed. The possible KJUS benefit is not presently guaranteed.
4. Payment and contract
Final ordering takes place in the Stripe checkout flow when enabled. The legally relevant order confirmation and permanent contract copy must be supplied. Access is activated only after verified successful payment.
5. Duration and cancellation
Billing intervals are monthly or annual. The exact initial duration, renewal, cancellation rules and payment dates will be clearly stated before ordering; payment stays disabled until verified. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
6. Withdrawal and consumer remedies
A statutory withdrawal right generally applies to eligible consumer distance contracts. See the separate withdrawal notice and electronic declaration function. Immediate access to a digital service does not automatically waive withdrawal rights.
Mandatory consumer rights for digital services and statutory liability remain unaffected.
7. Privacy and changes
See the separate privacy notice. Changes to ongoing contracts must comply with applicable law and the agreed contract terms.
