1. Provider and scope

WELLBEING GOLF is operated by Volker Klich, sole proprietor trading as Wellbeing Agentur, Boschstraße 38/1, 89079 Ulm, Germany; email: office@wellbeing-agentur.de.

These terms govern free accounts and community features. Paid memberships have additional Premium terms. Third-party clubs and providers may have their own terms for separately offered services.

2. Registration

A player account is free. Please provide correct account information and protect your credentials. A free account does not create a paid subscription or confer authority to represent a club or other business.

Club, captain and partner roles require separate authorisation.

3. Beta services

The platform offers personal golf profiles, club discovery and the community features currently enabled. Some features are in beta.

Illustrations of AI, booking, apps or statistics may depict future functionality, not presently guaranteed features. Mandatory consumer rights concerning digital services remain unaffected.

4. Community and bookings

Players may contact others and organise rounds where available. An indicated flight or tee time is not a confirmed club booking unless the relevant provider has expressly confirmed it.

Third-party event fees, cancellation conditions and participant rules are supplied by the respective provider.

5. Content and rights

You retain your own content rights and grant only the limited non-exclusive permission needed to display and process content within the features you select. Further promotional use needs separate permission.

Do not post illegal material, spam, private data of others, infringements of image rights or content without permission.

6. Privacy and visibility

Profile visibility depends on the feature and your settings. Material intentionally shared publicly may be seen by non-members. Please review your visibility settings.

7. Third parties and liability

Clubs, travel providers, pros and merchants may provide services in their own name. The contractual provider will be identified before paid orders. Statutory liability and consumer remedies are unaffected. No specific golf or business result is guaranteed.

8. Reporting, closure, changes

Report unlawful content or request deletion of a free account at office@wellbeing-agentur.de. Legal reporting and complaint rights remain intact. Paid subscriptions must be cancelled under their separate terms.

Changes will follow applicable law. German law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
