Right of withdrawal

For an eligible distance contract, you generally have the right to withdraw within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded.

You can also use the online withdrawal function linked below. Receipt details and timestamp are recorded and acknowledged electronically.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your declaration, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No refund fee is charged.

For services expressly requested to begin within the withdrawal period, a legally permissible proportional amount may be payable if all statutory conditions were satisfied. Using a digital service does not automatically waive withdrawal rights.
